Licensed in 2013, Gena has been instrumental in guiding clients through the complex real estate landscape. Her strengths include consulting with buyers on property suitability, preparing crucial documents such as contracts and agreements, advising sellers on listing prices based on market trends, and evaluating mortgage options to secure favorable financing terms.

In addition to her real estate career, Gena served as an Entrepreneurial Coach with The Hero Nation from August 2018 to January 2021. In this role, she provided invaluable guidance to clients in problem-solving, goal setting, and enhancing self-esteem and confidence. Gena also played a key role in developing and facilitating various entrepreneurial training seminars, as well as designing comprehensive wellness plans for entrepreneurs and their businesses.

In this role, she oversaw a non-profit workforce development program catering to students aged 16-18, managing schedules, finances, and facilitating donations to ensure the success of the program.

Prior to her foray into real estate and coaching, Gena served as a High School Instructional Coach at Glenwood High School from August 2010 to May 2013. In this capacity, she coordinated and facilitated best practices for staff development, modeled comprehension lessons for teachers, and mentored first-year teachers while providing constructive feedback and evaluations.

Gena's extensive career also includes a significant tenure as a High School English Teacher and Certified Advanced Placement Instructor at Glenwood High School from July 1999 to June 2010.
